We work in the GMT+3 timezone and keep overlap hours with US and EU clients, so scheduling a call or sending same-day feedback is straightforward.

Payments

We accept Wise, PayPal and credit card, so international clients can pay in a way that suits them. Projects are milestone-based: a deposit confirms the booking and starts the work, and the balance is due on delivery. For larger multi-SKU systems we can split the balance across agreed milestones.

Process

Every project runs fully online through the same four stages: brief, concepts, revisions and print-ready delivery. After the brief we present concept directions, refine the chosen route across 2–3 revision rounds, and prepare the final files for print, presentation and e-commerce use.

We align on product, audience, sales channel, dieline and references before design starts.

Concepts

We present visual directions for layout, color, typography and product story.

Revisions

We refine the selected direction across 2–3 structured revision rounds.

Delivery

We hand over print-ready files, source files and 3D mockups where included.

Files & rights

You receive editable AI/PDF source files alongside print-ready artwork with dielines, bleed and color separation. On final payment you hold full usage rights to the final design, so you can print, relaunch and adapt it freely across channels.

Yes. We are a Türkiye-based studio working with brands worldwide — including the USA, UK, Europe, Canada and the Gulf — entirely online in English.
