What belongs to master design?
Strategy, competitor review, visual direction, hierarchy, typography, color system, master-SKU artwork and initial presentation carry the highest decision load.
What is an SKU adaptation?
It changes flavor, size, content, barcode or imagery within the approved system. A new container, dieline, market regulation or sub-brand may require more than simple adaptation.
What should a quote separate?
Define master concept, SKU count, formats, languages, regulatory-copy layout, print artwork, 3D assets, revision rounds and printer coordination separately.
Control changes
Adapting every SKU before master approval creates rework. Approve one representative SKU first, then scale through controlled templates.
