Please do not send confidential formulas, passwords, payment-card information or sensitive personal data through the public form.
Why the information is used
Information is used to understand the enquiry, communicate about scope, prepare a proposal, coordinate an agreed project and maintain necessary business records. It is not sold as a marketing list.
Form and communication providers
The contact form is processed using FormSubmit. Email, WhatsApp, website hosting and analytics providers may process limited information under their own terms. Review a provider’s policy before using that channel if this is important to your organisation.

Retention and security

The studio is based in Türkiye and works online with international clients. Information submitted from another country may therefore be processed in Türkiye and by the service providers used for communication and hosting.
