The challenge

Adding every language at the end often creates tiny type, inconsistent panels and avoidable artwork versions. Translation ownership and regulatory approval can also become unclear.

Our approach

  • Define primary, secondary and market-specific language zones.
  • Use a controlled content matrix with one approved source per language.
  • Plan expansion for longer translations before finalizing typography.
  • Create market sleeves, back labels or separate versions when one pack becomes unreadable.

Clear language and approval ownership

We can organize English, Turkish, French, German, Arabic and other supplied translations. Translation and legal validation are not included unless explicitly agreed through a qualified partner. The brand must approve the final market copy before production.

What the service can include

Language and content matrix

Multilingual panel architecture

Typography and icon rules

Market-specific artwork versions

Version naming system

Print-ready files and 3D reviews

Remote project workflow

  1. Brief, product information, target market and SKU list
  2. Supplier dieline and content responsibility check
  3. Market and competitor review
  4. Master concept and feedback rounds
  5. Range adaptations and technical artwork
  6. Proof review, 3D visuals and final handover

Typical timing

Project timing depends on scope, SKU count, structural complexity, dieline readiness and revision requirements. A project-specific schedule is confirmed after the brief and technical files are reviewed.

Regulatory responsibility

We provide regulation-aware information design and production artwork. We do not certify legal compliance. The brand must supply and approve final copy with a qualified adviser in the destination market before printing.
