The challenge

European expansion often introduces several languages, different distributor requirements, multiple pack formats and tight production handovers. A design that simply adds translations to an existing panel can become unreadable and difficult to scale.

Our approach

  • Build one master information architecture before adding market languages.
  • Separate brand communication from mandatory and distributor-supplied content.
  • Create SKU rules that remain consistent across formats and countries.
  • Confirm every dieline, print process and special finish with the selected supplier.

Europe is not one regulatory or retail market

EU member states share important frameworks, but language, national implementation, recycling information, retailer specifications and category expectations can still differ. The UK follows its own requirements. We organize the design and artwork so approved market copy can be inserted clearly; final legal content must be verified by a qualified specialist for each destination.

What the service can include

Packaging strategy and master visual direction

Label, box or flexible-pack layouts

Multilingual information hierarchy

Master SKU and controlled range adaptations

Print-ready PDF and editable artwork as agreed

3D mockups and distributor presentation visuals

Remote project workflow

  1. Brief, product information, target market and SKU list
  2. Supplier dieline and content responsibility check
  3. Market and competitor review
  4. Master concept and feedback rounds
  5. Range adaptations and technical artwork
  6. Proof review, 3D visuals and final handover

Typical timing

Project timing depends on scope, SKU count, structural complexity, dieline readiness and revision requirements. A project-specific schedule is confirmed after the brief and technical files are reviewed.

Regulatory responsibility

We provide regulation-aware information design and production artwork. We do not certify legal compliance. The brand must supply and approve final copy with a qualified adviser in the destination market before printing.
