The challenge
Production risk increases when the dieline is outdated, technical layers are mixed with graphics, barcodes sit on folds, images are low resolution or special finishes are not separated.
Our approach
- Work only on the current supplier-approved dieline.
- Separate cut, crease, glue, white ink, foil, varnish and other technical layers.
- Check bleed, safe zones, image resolution, fonts, colors and overprint.
- Use a written file name, version and proof-approval process.
Supplier specifications take precedence
Bleed, trapping, ink limits, minimum type and finishing tolerances vary by printer, material and process. We request the selected supplier’s current specification and prepare the file accordingly. The printer’s prepress team remains responsible for final production approval.

Typical timing
Project timing depends on scope, SKU count, structural complexity, dieline readiness and revision requirements. A project-specific schedule is confirmed after the brief and technical files are reviewed.
Regulatory responsibility
We provide regulation-aware information design and production artwork. We do not certify legal compliance. The brand must supply and approve final copy with a qualified adviser in the destination market before printing.
