The challenge

The greatest risk is duplicating an unapproved concept across an entire range. Late formula, claim, barcode or dieline changes then create expensive rework and inconsistent packs.

Our approach

  • Map every SKU, size, language, format and supplier before design.
  • Develop and physically review one representative master SKU.
  • Define controlled zones for brand, variant and mandatory information.
  • Use written version and approval control for every production file.

Built for manufacturers and brand owners

The responsibility matrix should identify who supplies formulas and claims, who approves regulatory copy, who confirms dielines and who authorizes production. We provide design and artwork control; the manufacturer and brand remain responsible for product and legal approvals.

What the service can include

Portfolio and SKU architecture

Master packaging design

Variant and size adaptations

Multilingual versions

Printer-ready artwork

3D range presentation and e-commerce images

Remote project workflow

  1. Brief, product information, target market and SKU list
  2. Supplier dieline and content responsibility check
  3. Market and competitor review
  4. Master concept and feedback rounds
  5. Range adaptations and technical artwork
  6. Proof review, 3D visuals and final handover

Typical timing

Project timing depends on scope, SKU count, structural complexity, dieline readiness and revision requirements. A project-specific schedule is confirmed after the brief and technical files are reviewed.

Regulatory responsibility

We provide regulation-aware information design and production artwork. We do not certify legal compliance. The brand must supply and approve final copy with a qualified adviser in the destination market before printing.
